With a wealth of experience and skill, we are committed to serving the local community with the best quality produce and expert advice, whilst supporting British farmers.

Over the course of 3 generations of the Griffiths family, we have established long-term relationships with many specialist farmers who value our passion for excellence and who deliver fantastic quality consistently. We know exactly where our food comes from (source traceability) and exactly what ingredients are used in the preparation of our award-winning recipes. Wherever possible, we keep it local, sourcing from Somerset and the West Country.

There are 3 sized packs available to suit your household (see details below). We change the content of each pack every month to ensure variety and interest, catering for seasonal tastes.

Griffiths Evening

Butchery Class

Want to improve your knife skills? Come along to a Griffiths Evening Butchery Class and get hands-on with the experts. You'll learn about different cuts of meat and how they are prepared, not to mention having a go on the sausage machine!!

Classes are small, relaxed and fun … ideal for 'foodies' or anyone with an interest … everything you need – from knives to chainmail – will be supplied. We finish with a glass of wine and nibbles, and you'll leave not only with new knowledge, skills and confidence, but all the meat you've prepared (approx. £30 worth).

Classes cost £95 and are held at our Wells butcher shop. For more information contact us on 01749 672 319.

Operating from our site in Glastonbury, Somerset, we supply quality meats to many different business sectors that have a catering need. From high-end restaurants and hotels to schools and care-homes, we have a wealth of experience sourcing, preparing and supplying the best quality meats, both uncooked and cooked, in quantity, on time.
